The Utah Reclamation Mitigation and Conservation Commission, or Mitigation Commission, is a federal agency responsible for restoring, protecting and conserving fish, wildlife and related recreation resources to make up for impacts caused by federal water development projects, particularly the Central Utah Project (CUP), in Utah. The Mitigation Commission has been involved in aquiring and conserving wetlands along the Jordan River and Great Salt Lake and has implemented river restoration projects such as the Middle Provo River Restoration and the Provo River Delta Restoration.
