About me
Bart Forsyth began his career with Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District in May 1985. Mr. Forsyth worked at Jordan Valley for nearly 38 years serving in several positions including Assistant Staff Engineer, Senior Staff Engineer, Engineering Department Manager, Assistant General Manager and as General Manager and CEO. During his tenure, he worked diligently to meet the water supply needs of Jordan Valley’s growing service area through increased water supply, significant water infrastructure capital improvements and implementation of many water conservation initiatives. He was instrumental in establishing Jordan Valley as a recognized leader in water conservation and was one of the foremost water conservation policy experts in the state of Utah. Mr. Forsyth began working with Utah Water Ways in February 2024.
