Sierra Hastings (she/her) works as the Communications & Development Specialist at Sageland Collaborative. In her role, Sierra manages Sageland’s social media channels (@sagelandcollab) and has fostered an online community of 5,000+ volunteers, partners, donors, and environmental enthusiasts. Sierra is passionate about showcasing the unique power of social media to connect folks from all backgrounds to the science-driven work that is making positive impacts for wildlife possible. When she’s not creating viral socials content, you can find Sierra behind the camera, gazing at bumble bees, reading, and exploring all the beauty that the West has to offer with her pup, Ranger.
